Contacting Us
Call (725) 485-3880 and you'll reach someone who can talk through what's wrong with your door before a truck ever leaves
We're based at 2360 Corporate Cir, Henderson, NV 89074, which puts us close to and the neighborhoods, and within a short drive of Whitney, Paradise, and Winchester. If you're calling from Boulder City or Spring Valley, you're still in range, just plan for a longer wait on the same-day slots.
We work across a service area with roughly 360,017 households and 115,140 owner-occupied houses
And most of what we see is tied directly to how old the house is and what the Henderson heat does to a door over time. Tell us the neighborhood and roughly when the house was built if you know it - that alone tells us a lot about what hardware we're probably dealing with before we show up.
- 360,017 households
- 115,140 owner-occupied
We don't do emergency glass or window work, and we're not a locksmith
If your call is about the garage door itself - the panels, the opener, the springs, the track - that's squarely what we handle.
After You Call
Once we've got your address and a description of the problem, we figure out roughly what era of door and opener you're dealing with. A lot of houses on this side of Henderson were built between 1979 and 2006, with the median landing around 1994, and the bulk of the stock across the area's eight named pockets dates to the 1980s and 90s. That matters because openers and spring setups from that stretch aren't the same as what's sold today, and knowing the likely vintage before arrival means we're not guessing at the door.
We'll give you a window for the visit rather than a guaranteed minute, because desert heat does unpredictable things to steel and nylon rollers, and some days bring more calls than others. When we get there, we inspect the actual parts - spring wind, cable wear, track alignment, opener gearing - rather than just replacing whatever's easiest.
If the fix is straightforward, we do it that visit. If a part isn't something we carry on the truck, because the opener or door model is old or uncommon, we'll say so and give you a real timeline instead of a promise we can't keep.
What We Actually Do
Springs, cables, rollers, and tracks make up most of our calls, and in Henderson's HEAT climate band those parts fail faster than the national average suggests - torsion springs lose temper, nylon rollers crack, and opener circuit boards cook in hot garages. We replace broken torsion and extension springs, fix off-track doors, swap worn openers, and realign tracks that have shifted from age or a bumped panel.
We also handle full door and opener replacement when repair doesn't make financial sense, which happens more often on houses from the earlier end of that 1979-2006 build range where the door itself, not just the hardware, has reached the end of its life. With a median household income of $66,312 across the service area, we try to be straight about when a $150 part fixes the problem and when you're better off replacing a door that's going to need another repair in six months anyway.
What we don't do: new construction framing, stucco or exterior patch work around the opening, or anything structural to the garage itself. If your call involves the wall or the slab and not the door, we'll tell you that up front instead of taking the job anyway.
